The Complete Salvation Prayer

Speak this from memory:

Señor Jesús, sé que soy un pecador. Me arrepiento de mis pecados. Creo que tú moriste por mí y que resucitaste al tercer día. Perdóname. Te recibo como mi Señor y Salvador. Entra en mi corazón y en mi vida. Ayúdame a vivir para ti. En el nombre de Jesús, amén.

Cumulative Ministry Scenarios

Work through each one out loud for 60–90 seconds.

Scenario 1: The First Church Visit

You arrive at a local church for the first time. Practice:

  • Greeting the pastor and other members
  • Introducing yourself as a missionary
  • Participating in the worship service (use worship expressions)
  • Praying out loud briefly when asked (¿Puede orar por nosotros?)

Scenario 2: Sharing Your Testimony

A neighbor asks why you came to Latin America. Practice:

  • Giving your full three-part testimony in Spanish
  • Bridging to the invitation: “Lo que Dios hizo por mí…”
  • Asking if they want to know more

Scenario 3: Gospel Conversation

Someone asks you: “¿Usted cree que Jesús es el único camino?” (Do you believe Jesus is the only way?) Practice:

  • Answering kindly and clearly
  • Sharing the four-truth gospel
  • Asking if they want to pray

Scenario 4: Prayer for a Need

A woman tells you her husband lost his job and they have no food. Practice:

  • Responding with compassion
  • Asking if you can pray
  • Praying aloud for their specific need

Scenario 5: Leading a Mini Bible Study

Looking Ahead: Unit 4

You now have the language of faith. Unit 4 builds on it with the language of relationship — expressing emotions, asking about people’s lives, talking about the past and future, encouraging others, and handling the deeper conversations that come when trust has been built.

La fe sin relaciones no llega muy lejos. (Faith without relationships doesn’t go very far.) Unit 4 gives you the language to go deeper.
